Join EverThrive Illinois and the Chicago Department of Public Health for a Roundtable Event: Increasing COVID-19 Vaccination Rates Among Black/African Americans in Chicago
The goal of this roundtable is to increase public awareness regarding disparities in vaccination rates among Black/African American Chicagoans and involve key stakeholders in a collaborative effort to find methods for closing the gap and increasing COVID-19 immunization rates.
The agenda will include presentations on COVID-19 vaccination rate data across the City and a panel discussion of community members and immunization stakeholders working to increase vaccination rates amongst Black/African American Chicagoans. The agenda will also include table discussions to brainstorm with attendees on how the City and partners can continue to increase COVID-19 vaccination rates for Black/African American Chicagoans.
Please note: All attendees are required to wear a mask
